DUTIES:

Show Homeowners our Home Cleaning System's features and benefits, by cleaning one room in their home, focusing on their highest traffic area. Include a sample cleaning for other furnishings to show the products versatility. Answer any questions they may have. Communicate with your Team Leader about what the Homeowner likes and dislikes about the product.

SCHEDULE:

Reps can work independently and create their own schedule, or they can work with our Teams on the Team schedule.

Team Schedule:

Morning Meetings: 7:30 am

Tuesday - Saturday

Every other Monday

Work with Homeowners: 9 am - 6:30 pm

(Ending time can vary if still working with Homeowners)

Reps are allowed to use their own car to arrive later or leave earlier if necessary.

BONUS PAY:

(NOT the base salary)

$100-$900.00 bonus for every appointment that sells. Bonus depends on sell price, finance options and approval type.
